On behalf of the Local Organising Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 14th European Congress of Andrology (ECA 2026) in Modena, Italy.

We are honoured to host the European andrology community in an event where cutting-edge science, clinical expertise, and future vision will come together. In September, Modena will become the hub of innovation in andrology, welcoming leading experts, researchers, and clinicians from across Europe and beyond.

In the heart of Emilia-Romagna, Modena blends history, culture, and a unique spirit of innovation: a place renowned for its scientific excellence, iconic technology and motorsport tradition, and warm Italian hospitality.
