- No Direct Sales: The organizers will never contact you via phone or email to solicit hotel bookings or offer "discounted" accommodation rates.
- Identify Fraud: If you receive an unsolicited offer regarding your stay, please consider it fake and fraudulent. Do not reserve hotels and do not provide your credit card details to these callers.
- Official Channels: Please use only official hotel websites or trusted booking platforms to make your reservations.
- Verification: Please always refer to our official website for the contact details of the authorized booking office.
If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a message, please contact us directly before taking any action.

Welcome Reception

Following the Opening Ceremony, join colleagues from around the world for the Welcome Reception at the Congress venue.
This evening provides the perfect opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new colleagues, and begin the Congress in a welcoming atmosphere. The Organising Committee warmly invites all participants to come together and celebrate the start of the meeting with the global andrology community.
The Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee.

Congress Dinner
When: 20:30-22:30, 17 September 2026 Thursday
Where: Military Academy of Modena
Join us for an unforgettable evening at the prestigious Military Academy of Modena, housed within the Ducal Palace in the heart of the city.
Commissioned by Duke Francesco I d'Este in the 17th century on the site of an earlier medieval castle, the palace is one of Italy's finest examples of Baroque architecture and has been home to the Italian Military Academy since 1859. The Academy traces its institutional origins back to 1678, making it one of the world's oldest military academies dedicated to the training of army officers.
The Gala Dinner offers a unique opportunity to experience this extraordinary historic setting while enjoying excellent cuisine and networking with colleagues from around the world.
